I don't think it matters much who you buy fiberglass from. Just resign yourself that it will take some work. I sent these pics to Jeff at QRS Fiberglass. Waiting for a call. Looks like some major trimming to do.

<!-- quoteo --><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!-- quotec -->The prices at www.rennspd.com seem very reasonable. Anyone have experience w/ them<!-- QuoteEnd --></div><!-- QuoteEEnd --> DON'T DO IT! I bought both bumpers, valance and rockers from them. Every single piece had to be cut and reworked. I have other glass pieces on my car and I got them from Mark Bartosh (classifieds in Pano). My flares came from AIR. Marks stuff is the best. AIR is good. I say this because I want you to know that I realize "all glass" will need "some" work. Rennspeeds stuff needs some "MAJOR" work. At least the batch I got... Rennspeed breakdown: Front bumper - Two left mounts glassed into the bumper. Had to cut the right on and reweld it. Valance - Hung out 1"+ on each side. Had to cut a "v" and reglass them. Serious PITA. Rear Bumper - Had to grind out copiuos amounts from each corner where the car meets the bumper... still finalizing the fit on that one (working front to back) Rockers - concave curve on the top. I will glass in a hinge at the back to emulate the rally car rockers and eliminate the problem with the front fitting and the back side being about 1/2" too high! Need pictures or was that scary enough? E. P.S. I don't want to harp but that was my experience. If any others have had better luck please weigh in... So wait....your photoshop car is fiberglass? So, a not real photochop car made with not real fiberglass? |

I love the bolt/screw on look, especially with really nice paint. I haven't seen any pictures of how the underside looks, or is supposed to look? Anybody have some "business side" pictures?
