Haven't got the 914 back on the road yet. If I make it it'll be to tag along on my motorcycle, or hitch a ride in a running 914...

DAMN! I just read this one.
I'm carrying the office pager on 12-8 and 12-9 and can't make it to this run. Otherwise I could drive the 6 up. (next one, hopefully) |

I've read all of the posts, but I'm not sure I know what the schedule is. When and where? thanks. Yeah, the details are buried in the middle somewhere. It's this Saturday if it's not raining, in Napa at Mark's shop at 10:30 AM. The drive is about 2 hours long and we're having lunch at a cool roadside diner in Saint Helena (just north of Napa). Hope you can make it! |

As of this morning, there is supposed to be quite a bit of rain on Thursday with showers ending Friday morning. We should be ok.

It seems like we're going to have a good turnout for North Bay fun run. Is there a list of who's coming to make sure no one is left behind in case they are running late to Mark's shop?

You been drinking Andy? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) PS, I was at that event. It was the RoadGlue.com Winter tour where we had a 914 and Boxter collide on surface streets. It was a soggy, lousy mess of meet, though we still had a good time. |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) Andy Yeah THAT was FUN! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) That was the first look I had of your red car. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) Still remember the front wheel lockup on a downhill corner, wet roads and a slight chassis tweak will do that. That car has been on stands for over a year now... |
