I made them to look like the 935 Turbo. Same count on each. They actually are Zeis fasteners and work. You can get right in there and work on brakes, etc.

Hi guys,
I should have joined a long time ago. I've been a 914 guy for many years and am presently building a Euro 3.6 (993) engined, 915 Vellios trannied, GT2 PCCB front braked 914. The car is being built from the last bolt up and from chemically-dipped bare metal up. It's not quite street-ready, but I have driven it once. Sorry for my ignorance, but the pictures I have are not on a website. How do I post one? The IMG button brings up a box that asks me for a web address (I have a Mac running OS X). I have MANY pictures and I love to share them. Joe Attached thumbnail(s) |

Here's my 1970 914/6, I bought it in Austin TX about 3 years ago, and have had a great time with it. I just moved to Huntsville AL and as soon as I buy a house and get settled in I'm going to start restoration.

QUOTE(scooper @ Aug 21 2004, 08:51 PM) Here's my '70 914-6. I spent six years restoring it from a wreck, and installed an '89 3.2 motor. Stan Cooper Good to hear from you Stan!! I don't know if you remember me. I used to work for Cabletron and was assigned to Visa. I still have the 914-6 heat exchangers you game me. They are currently installed on my 3.2 in my 914. Nothing like having heaters in the winter. thanks again!!! Steve Faddis |

I guess it’s my turn to post a pic of my monster. Just got the scanner working I think???, so here goes. It’s an old pic taken on the trip home from the paint shop. Will post more updated pictures later.
