This is my unrestored 74 at the Funfest in Effingham IL, last summer. Too bad that was the last year for Mid-America to host a Porsche event. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

This is my 2nd 914.....my wife and I had a 72 1.7L over 20 years ago when we were married. Sold it because we didn't have a place to store it. Really missed it and purchased this one about 5 years ago from its 2nd owner.

Holy crap....the WRX motor runs better and idles smoother than any of 3 914 motors / cars I've owned thus far,even after sitting seperated from a car for over a year, and that's on the first real running crank.
