Here is the one that got me hooked. Now I'm pretty much addicted. I have this 72 driver, a 72 parts car, a 74 parts car, a 73 restoration project and lots and lots of parts. And I still look for more parts every day. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Couldn't tell you the paint code off the top of my head. 1981 Porsche color only called Slate Blue Metallic. Prolly find it online. Thanks for the kind words.

I didn't know that I was violating a "rule" by showing off a little. I was recommend to this site by a 914 friend. I thought I had found a forum to share my enjoyment and passion for 914's. I apologize if I have offended anyone (or made them jealous) with my previous two postings.

Your provided the 'Clickable Smiles' so I will use the one that I find the most appropriate.

Vegasracer... you didnt offend anyone. You CANT offend anyone here. The 10 post rule is in effect because of spammers from INDIA. I dont want them signing up and posting CRAP/SPAM for a few posts. Feel free to start a new thread about nothing and post blah blah until your 10 posts have been reached.

Andy was just pointing out why you couldnt post pics. He meant nothing by it (I know him personally) He should have used a few smilies or at least... shot at you with the machine gun.

Welcome aboard.

Dunno about the "10 posts before adding pics" rule
If you check Watsonrx13 above, you'll see he added a picture and he only made 2 posts so far
OTOH he uploaded the picture...
I think the problem with the pic from VegasRacer is that he is referring to a URL.
I've tried the URL, and it redirects you to get a password or sumptin'
(it's one of those online alblums that try to get your e-mail addy so they can spam you)
I think the redirect on the URL is the problem for the pic not showing here on the BBS

Am I still making sence so far (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

So Vegas... try uploading the pic. It should work just fine...

cheers,

Jeroen

Thanks Jeroen
I need one of those smiley faces with egg on it.
I can see the photos just fine on this thread
without having to go to the URL link.
I thought everyone else could too.
Does this work better?

Thank God....it was worth all the bullshit (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

If there was an "egg-on-face" smiley, I'd have worn it out.
