Thanks... It's a very nice 5 footer (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I need to have a new paint job on it as it's showing it's age, but yes it does look very nice in person.... but I'm rather partial. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Hi to everyone as this is my first post on the 914world.
I may as well make it 3 posts of 914's from the UK . Here is my 72 bought earlier this year, has been of the road since 1998 just finished replacing suspension bushes, shocks and struts, brakes rebuilt, new gear bushes, general tidying up and cleaning underneath, 2056cc engine has just finished being built so i have a few more little things to finish and then the engine will go in at last. (IMG:http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee75/dab72/SP_A0180.jpg) (IMG:http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee75/dab72/SP_A0179.jpg) pics arn't great but will take some better ones when the car is finished Thanks Dave |

Make that 4 posts from the UK!
Hello all, two in our family. I have been lurking and reading on here for over a year now! Dad's is the red car ('74 2.0l), mine is the black/ being restored car ('73 2.0) both are riginal euro spec cars from Germany... Mine should be done soon enough, ran beautifully over the winter but time to stop the rust and repaint the original phoenix red. Follow the photobucket location for a load more pics... will be constantly be updating (IMG:http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll71/pillay2k/DSCF0004.jpg) (IMG:http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll71/pillay2k/DSCF0001.jpg) (IMG:http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll71/pillay2k/Image003.jpg) (IMG:http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll71/pillay2k/09062008335.jpg) (IMG:http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll71/pillay2k/11062008360.jpg) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/agree.gif) I've seen them on bugs and '70's kit cars, but haven't been able to identify them.

The wheels are stamped 'Wolfrace'. A quick look on google images will bring them up.
Thanks, Fabian |
