I am new to the 914World forums and I am also a member of 914Club.com. Heard about this website through a guy named Rich who owns High Performance House in Redwood City, CA. My father is still the original owner, but I drive/maintain and show the car now. Converted to electronic ignition with Petronix unit, installed European lenses front and rear, installed Euro parking light kit with my own custom made shield. Just picked up a set of SSI heat exchangers. Replaced stock speaker grills with sheet metal/fiberglass mold from a guy off of eBay a few years ago which have 6.5" round Blaupunkt speakers which mount in the stock location. Installed new CD/Radio deck Blaupunkt MP35 Bermuda. Pictures were taken up at the Monticello Dam at the beginning of Lake Berryessa (gives it kind of a European background look). Anyways here is my 914 a 1974 1.8L. The original color was Marathon Blue, but thanks to the state of CA, it had to be repainted and the color was hard to match back in the 80's from what my father told me. Unfortunately the license plates are not original as the car was non-op from 1992-2003 and we lost the personalized blue with yellow lettering plates.
