The Bee is really nice. When I put my 73 back together the front rubber bumper top looked a little low like yours and realized it was missing the rubber washers… once we put them back the top alignment was perfect. Not a big job but well worth it. The blue car above appears aligned well, for comparison.

Purchased in 1982 (9140432178). Begin “upgrading” it around 1984 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . Perry Kiehl took over my basket case and created what you see here. Dr. Evil 901, Pat Williams built full EFI from a 1975 2.7S that I bought many years ago.
