I don't know how (air) cool folks in the 914 circle will find it, but I have 2014 991.1 Carrera S. Rock stock, save swaps for an Alcantara console lid and paddle shift steering wheel. It's the daily driver.

I ran across a really good deal on a gts about 8 years ago and almost sold my 914 for it. I decided it would stand out too much and couldn't drive it like I stole it, so I passed (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif).

Always wanted to try a water cooled, so when my co-worker offered me his modified 996.2 I jumped on it.

I get it. They may not be the height of tech and flash but the 996 is a solid bargain. Spiced up my 996.1 with a Chevy 6.2L LS3, it's my favorite daily driver 'car'.

Nope. My office is in the loft of our garage and I get to stare at it all day. Buying a special lift attachment that will take the pressure off the wheels (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Cool ride, ls motors are awesome.

I love the sound of the flat six, but if my motor ever goes out I would be interested if I can get it ca smog legal…
