'81 928 5-speed, all original 'cept for '88 spoiler & Club Sport 16" wheels on left.
'87 944 S 5-speed, (16 valve), all original 'cept for 17" wheels from 993. Both cars do not use or leak oil, need nothing other than A/C condenser for 944 S. The joy of driving these very different Porsches and the 914 is beyond description. Both of the cars dropped "out of the sky" on me by friends when I was looking for neither one - but their incredible condition and great prices necessitated that I buy both 5 months apart. You could not find better cars looking for many years. Could not be more happy with both. Jett -
Yours looks like darker red which I much prefer. Like my 914. My 928 is Indie Red, now known as Guards Red. What color is yours? I'm actually thinking of having mine re-painted in 881 (I think) Metallic Red which is both darker and metallic..... I sold my 914-6 a few years ago and have been Porsche-less since. . My son took over the reins and bought the GT3RS which he keeps at my home. . . and I decided to go for comfort for my last car in life with the MBZ SL550
