No...Tunnel inspection plates and e-brake cover?

The allen with the big washer holds down the pedal cover board

They go inside the car. One in front of the center tunnel, one in the rear of the center tunnel and If that is indeed the e-brake cover it covers the e-brake mechanism so it does not get your fingers.
