(IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) Just reserved a room for RRC. there are 17 remaining. The Lady I talked to said that we started with 19 not 20. She knew the group and the rate was correct. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

Outstanding! I was sure he said we had twenty...but I am sure 19 will suffice in combo with the campground. If all else fails, I will open up my backyard! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Yes, it is home of Mike the Headless Chicken!

Val and I cruised by there today to see how everything looked. Here are some pics.

The Hotel:

I was hoping to hold off a little bit for the registration, but a good portion of our reservations will have to be paid by August 1st.

Registration for RRC 2009 is $45.00 per person

This registration fee will cover:
Friday's Meet and Greet BBQ
Saturday's Luncheon and Dining Area rental
Saturday's visit to the Gateway Auto Museum
*Any left over registration fees will be put towards Saturday night's dinner

This Registration does not cover:
The State Park (for BBQ) daily $6.00 entrance fee
The group camping area for BBQ (Val and I are getting that tab)
The Federal Park (one time for drive) $7.00 entrance fee
Dinner for Saturday Night (*pay on your own, we will pick an area Restaraunt)
Hotel Fees or gas fees....drawing the line there. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Please make payments to:

PayPal: loweeric at hotmail.com (be sure to note "RRC09 Registration" as well as your board screen name.)

Eric, why don't you post something on the local board and try to shame the Colorado guys into registering early so you don't have to front all of the expense?

Doesn't work.

I'll try to get mine in today Eric. I can't read either. Is it per person or car, or...?

Edit. Nevermind. I learned to read...
