I recently met a guy who is a new 914 owner and a retired San Mateo Sheriff. It turns out the guy was one of the cops that worked on the 914 case that involved Brad.
I was amused at the fact that he busted a guy for a 914 and now he owns one. I think it is like the cop who busts Johns, but hires hookers on the weekend.

I'm curious to see the car in person.

At least he's not calling it a prototype anymore ...

The Ventura show is cool (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)
But, HEY, the actions above have a simple explanation; 914s are a disease, a contagious disease that can hibernate, flare-up, and take over some people's sanity and reason and replace it with rust loving lust. We must nurture and care for those afflicted, as there is no cure.

Is there anything special (different) about this car, other than it is #11?

Just curious (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Uhhhh, Cap'n if you had followed the earlier threads on #11, you would know what i'm talking about ...

I never said it was "that" car. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

The owner (or his mechanic?) of #11 initially claimed prototype status.
