Kudos to you guys organizing & tech'ing at this gathering! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif)
As an FYI for those who want to make a full day of Porsche Fun, the San Diego PCA Concours is that same morning/early afternoon down at Spanish Landing Park on San Diego Harbor (opposite Lindbergh Field airport) 9/16/17 9:00 - 2:30 pm. Display (Corral & Timeline) is FREE & you can ask to be put near the entrance to leave early around/after their Lunch to make it by 1:pm for this. Even if you're entering a judged Division/Class, you can probably leave by 12-12:30-1-ish - once judging is finished - & just ask someone to get your award for you, or they'll get it to you later. Here's their Reg link: https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/pca-sd...an-diego-703863 It would be nice to have a strong 914 presence there again. At this point I don't know if I'll be in town then, & if I am, then I'll probably judge, but may have to do some business after the show - but would try to stop by afterwards if I can. I won't know my schedule for Sept. until Aug/early-Sept., & then if it's too late to sign-up/pay, I could just stop by to visit a bit on my way back to OC, if I am here & "if I'm free - or at least reasonable" ;-) - that day. In any case, it wouldn't be in my 914, but one of the other cars. Cheers! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Tom /////// |

Price is $15 at the door or $10 pre-registered. Guaranteed that you won't be able to eat this good for $10 anywhere in SoCal.......not to mention see over 21 914's confirmed to be in attendance. |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/chowtime.gif) Where is the ranch venue relative to Old Town Temecula, or the Pechanga Casino (for the die hard gamblers out there), &/or the Temecula Creek Inn? I know where those are, so as a reference for me. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Tom /////// |
