I have been dragging my feet doing these but got a good start this morning. This is a hard process to quote that’s for sure as it is straight up custom. I run this set up on my hot 2.4 with 1.5” sleeves and they work really well. A good solution all the way up to 3.6Attached Image

Agreed^ These might be a good value as I think I have a set of these a friend was going to give me. There seems to be a fair amount of take offs so the cores might be easily available for low cost.

The biggest issue so far is finding reasonable cores. The ones sent to me by clients so far have cost them about $500 and then they are into me for about $1500 (supply chain issues changing pricing which equals more time on the next sets I do) your in $2000 pretty easily

Those Gillett style which I don’t think I can make work. I may try to buy them and see if I can make them work

Iv’e got a currently unused set of Gillets, with flipped flanges. I’d be willing to loan to you for R&D purposes…I’m sure we could work out something. PM me if you are interested…

On another note, have you thought of keeping the flanges on and making a bolt in 2ndary? I know it’s another leak joint, but seems removing the collector/reducer would simplify the fab work and provide stress relief point for that long exhaust run…

Mine on my car are exactly that way. I choose welded over bolt on these because it allows a better angle towards the flange. As far as R&D goes I really don’t need a set to R&D but if you want a set converted I am your guy.
