Been trying to make these more efficiently from a production stand point for a while.. I am hoping to just make mirrored heat exchangers to save on bends, materials, and time and thus making them more affordable with the improvements. Here is a sneak peak.. What does everyone think?Attached Image Attached Image

Hi Ben - that looks cool. Does it change the sound at all? How is there clearance with all of the other parts in the area?

Nice to see a "real" collector. Nothing negative meant wrt your previous versions.
Burns Stainless charges a lot of $$ for their collectors. Are you making these?

For our v8/ 928 and inline-4/ 944 clients, we have moved to hand built merged collectors...yes these make a bit more hp/TQ over standard collectors. Throttle response is improved too !
Significant amount of labor intensiveness...so the pricepoint goes up.

We developed a way to make them really efficient and semi inexpensive. Took 20 years to hone.
